Best tasting meat

Katahdin Hair Sheep does not have the odd flavor that most people associate with sheep.  Because Katahdins do not have wool, the lanolin is not present to affect the flavor of the meat.  My favorite is the the lamb chop.  Being a very small cut of meat, you will have to take a few to make a meal, but on the grill, Katahdin lamb chops are very good.
